This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Solace Industries S.A regarding the Solace Terminal software product.
Solace Industries S.A grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
a) License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or make the Application available to any third party.
b) Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the Application.
c) Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of Solace Industries S.A or its affiliates, partners, suppliers or the licensors of the Application.
The Application, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of Solace Industries S.A.
4. Financial DisclaimerTHE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. Solace Industries S.A is a software provider, not a financial advisor, broker-dealer, or registered investment advisor. No content provided via the Solace Terminal constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Market data is provided "as is" and may be subject to delays or inaccuracies inherent in internet transmission.
You assume full responsibility for any trading decisions made using the software. Solace Industries S.A shall not be liable for any financial losses incurred through the use of this software.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from Solace Industries S.A if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination of the Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Application from your devices.
