Solace Terminal — End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User") and Solace Terminal ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using Solace Terminal ("Software"), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
1. License Grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to install and use the Software for your personal or internal business use only. You are not purchasing the Software; you are only receiving permission to use it under this Agreement.
2. Restrictions
- Do not modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to access the source code.
- Do not copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, or lease the Software.
- Do not use the Software to create a competing product or service.
- Do not bypass or attempt to bypass authentication, licensing, or access controls.
- Do not share activation keys, access credentials, or the Software with third parties.
3. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the Software (code, design, algorithms, UI/UX, branding, documentation) remain the exclusive property of Solace Terminal. Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership to you.
4. Updates
We may provide patches, fixes, improvements, new features, or security updates. These are covered by this Agreement. We are not obligated to provide updates.
5. Data Disclaimer
The Software may display market data, analytics, statistics, or financial information. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any information provided. You use all displayed data at your own risk.
